In case of employee
- Employee letter from HR mentioning designation, salary, duration of service
- Last 3-month salary slip
- NTN if any
In case of busines person
- Company NTN – if any
- Chamber member ship certificate – if any
- Tax returns – if any
In case of student
- Bonafide letter from school/college/university
- Student card copy
Additional supporting documents if applicable
- Proof of property ownership
- Property evaluation on stamp paper
- PMDC certificate for doctors
- Ex-Pakistan leaves for Govt employee
