• CNIC copy
• Family registration certificate
• Marriage registration certificate for families
• Request letter on letter head
• Bank statement (last 3 month) with bank sign & stamp
• Account maintenance letter with bank sign & stamp
• Polio vaccination card copy
• Travel Insurance – we will provide
• Hotel booking – we will provide
• Travel plan- we will provide
• Flight reservation – we will provide
• Visa application form – we will draft
• Appointments – we will arrange

In case of employee

• Employee letter from HR mentioning designation, salary, duration of service
• Last 3-month salary slip
• NTN if any

In case of business person

• Company NTN – if any
• Chamber member ship certificate – if any
• Tax returns – if any

In case of student

• Bonafide letter from school/college/university
• Student card copy

Additional supporting documents if applicable

• Proof of property ownership
• Property evaluation on stamp paper
• PMDC certificate for doctors
• Ex-Pakistan leaves for Govt employee
