Beginning and Ending of Global Village Dubai 2022-2023
Global Village is the world’s largest tourism spot. It’s a hub of entertainment, culture, shopping, eateries and much more. This year it opened its gates from October 29th, 2022 till April 29th,2023.
This multi-cultural event is featuring more than 90 different cultures, across 27 pavilions this edition, which includes UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Africa, Americas, China, Egypt, Europe, India, Iran, Oman, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Yemen, and Russia.

It was originated in January 1997. Earlier, it started at a very small area, but now after the success and popularity it has been scattered over an area of 17,200,000 sq. feet. The event merges 90 countries at one place with more than 5 million visitors every year.
Timings of Global Village Dubai
The 27th edition Global village Dubai timings are:
- Sunday -Wednesday: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Thursday –Saturday: 4:00 pm to 01:00 am
- Note: If not a public holiday, Tuesdays are for ladies-and-families only
Location and How to reach there:
Global Village Dubai is located in Dubai land and is accessible at Exit 37 of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road
You can easily reach there by hiring a taxi, drive a car at your own or by bus, in case you reach through public buses then following are the public bus stations:
- Rashidiya Metro Station (Bus Number 102)
- Etihad Station (Bus Number 103), covering stops including Baniyas Street, Nad Al Hamar, etc.
- Al Ghubaiba Station (Bus Number 104), covering stops including Sheikh Rashid Street, Al Jafiliya Metro Station, 2nd Zabeel Street, and Dubai-Al Ain Street
- Mall of the Emirates Metro Station (Bus Number 106)

Explore pavilions
The main ingredient is its pavilions, which is featuring more than 70 countries. Obviously, it’s impossible to discover all at once, so whatever country you choose, enjoy each and every aspect of it, from culture to cuisines.
Road of Asia
Road of Asia is a season’s most talk of the town attraction. It resembles to a pedestrian street and deals with 40+ booths (kiosks). Also the cuisines of more than 13 countries have been represented, who don’t have pavilions. However, it covers the unique specialties of these destinations.
Admire Acrobats at Circus
Many creative acrobats from all over the world are showcasing their talent and skills in the center of the funfair. Russian wheel of death is its main feature; similarly, Colombian clowns are also another attraction here. The amazing circus tent can accommodate almost 500 spectators at the same time.
Entertainment for all at Carnivals

Visit Peter Rabbit Adventure Zone
This Adventure zone is a popular attraction of Global Village for families and specifically kids. Peter Rabbit is a favorite television series and whole concept is an inspiration of it. It gives both entertainment and education at the same time.
Experience Floating Market
Floating market is located in the heart of the Global village that presents mouthwatering Asian cuisines which includes noodles, grilled dishes, sea food and desserts too.
Check out Fire-Breathing Dragons
An amazing fire fountain show is one of the main attraction of the season. It also comprises of fire-breathing dragon which is almost 20 meters’ long. It develops a great impact with musical performances.
