It is situated within a giant limestone cliff, and Viking Cave stands as a prominent natural marvel in Koh Phi -Phi. Its name derives from ancient wall drawings resembling various boats and Viking ships, believed to be crafted by boatmen seeking shelter during storms.

Alongside these artworks, the cave hosts a vast population of swifts, renowned for their swift flight and popular edible nests in Chinese cuisine. The spot is accessible via a brief boat journey from Tonsai Pier.Viking Cave serves as a popular stopover for travelers en route to Ko Phi Phi Lee. Although entry is prohibited, tour boats and long-tail boats often pause nearby, offering fleeting glimpses into its intriguing depth

7-Do some adventure with Kayaking

Exploring Phi -Phi Island by kayaking offers a thrilling adventure. Kayaks can be rented at Loh Dalum Bay for just 200 baht per hour, with options for longer durations. Consider combining your kayak rental with snorkeling gear to fully immerse yourself in the island’s beauty above and below the water. Be sure to check the tide schedule beforehand and avoid midday outings to prevent sunburn. Essential items include a hat, sunscreen, and a waterproof case for your phone to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

8- Have fun with monkeys at Monkey Bay

MMonkey Bay, distinct from Monkey Beach, rests on the southwestern coast of Phi Phi Don Island and stands as a renowned attraction within the Phi-Phi archipelago.

Its crystal-like waters bordered by towering limestone cliffs create a calm setting for snorkeling and swimming. Yet, the true allure lies in the presence of numerous monkeys inhabiting the cliffs, readily observable as they frolic in the trees or traverse the cliffs. While typically a brief stop on most boat tours around Phi-Phi National Park, it can become crowded during peak hours.

It is suggested to not to feed the monkeys, as doing it can result in heavy fines, and exercising caution is essential given that these are wild animals in their natural habitat. Unfortunately, there’s been a disappointing trend of people attempting to provoke the monkeys for selfies, which undermines the respect owed to these creatures and their environment.
