Everything You Need Before You Apply
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Mauritius. All current and previous passports are required. If any passport is lost, an FIR copy must be provided.
Passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, matte finish.
Scanned copies of CNIC (front & back).
Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Marriage Registration Certificate (for applicants applying with family).
A formal request letter on your official letterhead (if applicable).
A 6-month bank statement with bank stamp and signature, along with an account maintenance letter signed and stamped by the bank.
Polio vaccination card copy is mandatory.
Travel insurance, hotel booking, travel plan, and flight reservation (these will be provided).
