Everything You Need Before You Apply

Valid Passport

Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Mauritius. All current and previous passports are required. If any passport is lost, an FIR copy must be provided.

Photographs

Passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, matte finish.

National Identification

Scanned copies of CNIC (front & back).

Family & Marital Status Documents

Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Marriage Registration Certificate (for applicants applying with family).

Cover/Request Letter

A formal request letter on your official letterhead (if applicable).

Financial Proof

A 6-month bank statement with bank stamp and signature, along with an account maintenance letter signed and stamped by the bank.

Travel Health Requirements

Polio vaccination card copy is mandatory.

Travel & Accommodation

Travel insurance, hotel booking, travel plan, and flight reservation (these will be provided).

Visa Application Form

Employment Documents (if applicable)

Letter from HR mentioning designation, salary, and duration of service, along with the last 3-month salary slips and NTN (if any).

Business Documents (if applicable)

Company NTN, Chamber membership certificate, and tax returns (if any).

Bonafide letter from school/college/university and student card copy.

Additional Supporting Documents

Proof of property ownership, property evaluation on stamp paper, PMDC certificate for doctors, Ex-Pakistan leave approval for government employees, or invitation/sponsor letter if applicable.
