Brazil Visit Visa Document Checklist

Everything You Need Before You Apply 

Valid Passport

All current and previous passports are required. In case of a lost passport, an FIR copy must be provided. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Brazil.

Photographs

Passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm) with a white background and matte finish.

National Identification

Copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).

Family & Civil Status Documents

Original Family Registration Certificate, attested by MOFA.
Original Marriage Registration Certificate, attested by MOFA (if applicable).
Original Birth Certificate, attested by MOFA.

Police Character Certificate

Original Police Character Certificate, attested by MOFA.

Cover/Request Letter

A formal request letter on your official letterhead (if applicable).

Financial Proof

Bank statement for the last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank.
Account maintenance letter from the bank, signed and stamped.

Health & Safety Requirements

Copy of your polio vaccination card.

Travel Arrangements (to be provided by us)

Travel insurance, hotel booking, travel plan, and flight reservation.

Visa Application Form

The visa application form will be drafted and completed by us.

If You Are an Employee

Employment letter from HR mentioning your designation, salary, and duration of service.
Last 3 months’ salary slips.
NTN (if applicable).

If You Are a Businessperson

Company NTN (if applicable).
Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if applicable).
Tax returns (if applicable).

If You Are a Student

Bonafide letter from your school/college/university.
Copy of your student card.

Additional Supporting Documents (if applicable)

Proof of property ownership.
Property evaluation report on stamp paper.
PMDC certificate (for doctors).
Ex-Pakistan leave approval (for government employees).

Consular Review & Appointment

After submission, the consular section will review your documents. An interview will be scheduled as soon as possible, depending on the embassy’s capacity, and you will be notified by phone or email. Applications with missing documents will not be accepted, and additional documents may be requested. Only applicants with scheduled appointments (confirmed via email) will be allowed to enter the Embassy premises.

How long does it take to process a Brazil visit visa?

Processing usually takes 15–20 working days after submission of complete documents.
