Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Kenya. All current and previous passports are required. If lost, provide a copy of the FIR.
Passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, matte finish.
Copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Marriage Registration Certificate (for applicants applying with family).
A formal request letter on your official letterhead (if applicable).
Last 6 months bank statement with bank stamp & signature, along with account maintenance letter.
Copy of your polio vaccination card.
Travel insurance, hotel booking, travel plan, flight reservation.
Visa application form (drafted by us).
Visa appointment scheduling and arrangements.
Employment letter from HR mentioning your designation, salary, and duration of service.
Last 3 months’ salary slips.
NTN (if applicable).
Company NTN (if applicable).
Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if applicable).
Tax returns (if applicable).
Bonafide letter from your school/college/university.
Copy of your student card.
Proof of property ownership.
Property evaluation report on stamp paper.
PMDC certificate (for doctors).
Ex-Pakistan leave approval (for government employees).
